Eligibility: To be eligible for a the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or special order items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Timeframe: Refund must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

2. Refunds

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
